For me, theater became the first stage of learning about myself and the human mind, emotions, and body. My teachers were strong, passionate people. I devoted 12 years to the theater: we devoted all our free time to studying the mechanics of the body, its plasticity and mobility, the practice of immersion in the unconscious, trance state, emotions became our instrument of conveying the state — they were completely under our control.

After finishing my theatrical and film career, I went on a long journey, visiting the most remote places full of wildlife and primordial energy. I was searching for the timeless truth that lurks in Mother Earth itself and in the depths of our souls. Visiting various monasteries, I absorbed peace and learned about the nature of the human mind. I learned yoga from my personal practice with Karuna Atmarama: more than 6 years ago in Gokarna and later in Bali.

After being cleansed and filled with new energy, my heart began to be filled with a true desire to share this state with people. At that moment, I entered the period of fatherhood, and along with that, my love for nails, an ancient practice of transcendental states, was born. Exploring this tool for myself and guiding thousands of people through this state, I delved into understanding this practice and created a Sadhu Carpet, which became my favorite tool for relaxation, healing and deepening my meditative practice.
